!Hola! My name is Erandi.
I identify as a multiracial, bilingual (Spanish-English), cisgender female. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and work towards supporting individuals, youth and their families find their voice, heal, and repair relationships. Additionally, I provide services that uplift and empower my Spanish-speaking and BIPOC communities. As a Latina, I carry the legacy of resilience and strength that defines my community. This identity supports my work to promote and enhance mental health services and uplifts the greater collective.
As your therapist, we will work collaboratively to build trust and safety in our relationship, which will serve as a foundation for deep healing work. My approach is generally informal, direct, and transparent in hopes of demystifying the therapeutic process.
For my BIPOC community: An important part of our work is healing wounds from racial, intergenerational, and institutional trauma. I strive to provide a culturally-informed approach to explore how dynamics of power, privilege, and oppression have shaped many of our identities and lived experiences.
Together, we will work towards developing insight, creating true change, and finding peace and joy within yourself and within relationships. If you're looking for extra support, guidance through a challenging situation, or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to starting that journey with you.
